Health and Wellbeing nurses provide duty and assessment roles, support referral processing and triaging, case co-ordinate and deliver CAMHS treatment programmes. We are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse, with experience of working in mental health services, with outstanding leadership skills, and evidence of providing change management and developing high performing teams.
