IHE Property are looking for a Maintenance Officer - Projects (Property) to join its Estates and Property Maintenance team. The postholder must be a motivated, enthusiastic and a confident individual who is able to work autonomously whilst building strong relationships with our key stakeholders. As a Maintenance Officer - Projects you will be responsible for assisting to drive and coordinate project management governance for all revenue projects related to property maintenance to achieve the smooth running and effective completion of all building projects undertaken by the section, ensuring that buildings and associated infrastructure within the public property portfolio to allow the Government to meet its strategic objectives and run its services optimally.
