We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead to support the Head of Service to operationally and clinically manage the Occupational Therapy Service here in the beautiful Island of Jersey.
The Team Lead will support and deputise for the Head of Service as required in co-ordinating policies and procedures relating to Clinical Governance and standards of care to promote best practice across services. The Team Lead will support the Head of Service in leading, planning, developing and evaluating the Occupational Service, facilitating change and implementing solutions to ensure high standards of patient-centric service delivery and value for money.
