IHE Property are looking for a Projects Coordinator - Property Maintenance to join its Estates and Maintenance Team.
The post holder will manage, drive and coordinate project management governance for all revenue projects related to property maintenance to achieve the smooth running and effective completion of all building projects undertaken by the section, ensuring that buildings and associated infrastructure within the public property portfolio are fit for purpose and meet safety standards and the needs of users and the general public, allowing the Government to meet its strategic objectives and run its services optimally.
