We are looking for a highly motivated person to work as an Associate Practitioner in Cellular Pathology. The Cellular Pathology department provides a diagnostic service and a mortuary service to hospital and primary care clinicians. The Associate Practitioners perform a range of technical tasks and provides assistance to the Biomedical Scientists. The work is varied, some technical tasks require dexterity and all tasks demand a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Training will be provided. The service is patient focused and continually seeks ways to improve and develop, all staff are expected to follow documented processes and contribute to service development by sharing ideas and participating in audits.
