This is a dispensary based post, where you will cover a wide range of duties including:
• Inpatient and Outpatient Dispensing
• Clozapine Monitoring
• Supply to peripheral sites
• Controlled drug dispensing
You will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills within Medicines Management or Aseptic Services
You must possess an NVQ3 / BTEC Pharmacy Science or equivalent and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Ideally you will be an Accredited Checking Technician or be willing to undertake the necessary training.
Previous hospital experience is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
