You will be a registered practitioner with an understanding of how regulation applies to health and social care services.
You will have a recognised professional qualification with a minimum of three years post qualifying experience and an in-depth knowledge of safeguarding and health and social care policy and practice.
You will be credible and articulate, comfortable working with service users and their families. You will be skilled and experienced in working within a team setting and engaging with senior managers.

An opportunity has arisen for a Unit Manager in the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal post holder will be in receipt of a degree or working towards it, a recognised qualification in Intensive care nursing is essential, evidence of teaching and supervising in the clinical environment a must and evidence of change management along with strong leadership skills must be demonstrated.
