Senior Staff Nurse - Bartlett Ward at States of Jersey
Bartlett Ward is an 18 bedded acute ward which is developing to provide an acute respiratory service for both infective and non-infective patients. We have a current nurse to patient ratio of 1:6 and this is subject to further review to reflect a higher level of acuity. We are in the process of appointing a clinical Sister who will do ward training and development. The hospital has its own nurse education department that links in with a UK university, funding is generous for academic development for BSc and Masters level study.
Ideally we are seeking those with experience of NIV, COVID-19 and acute respiratory, training and competency is available for those with general acute, HDU and emergency care experience.
