An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Adult Social Care team at Community and Social services. The successful applicant will act as the first point of contact for service users and professionals referring into Health and Social Services. The role includes providing a telephone and reception service for all adults and the processing of skills and will be approachable and professional. They will also have excellent IT skills and be organised and efficient in the processing on information.
