Grainville is looking for a positive, confident person to join a friendly, dynamic team working with young people on the autistic spectrum. This person must have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team in a busy environment within Grainville School. The successful candidate will be helping to support students in class and also show an aptitude to plan and deliver small group sessions and one to one tutorials. Previous experience and knowledge of working with people who have social and communication difficulties will be considered an advantage. Opportunities will be offered for training and professional development. A sensitive, calm and diplomatic approach is required.
