An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Grade 5 Mental Health Nurse to contribute to the development and provision of the Primary Care Older Adult Mental Health Team. Delivering high quality care for people experiencing mental health problems within a Primary Care Setting and being able to offer evidence based treatment pathways and effectively developing links with primary care and third sector agencies.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced, flexible Mental Health Nurse with robust clinical skills and who have excellent communication skills. You will work with GP surgeries, where you will liaise with GP’s on managing patients with a wide range of presenting mental health conditions.
